Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or through your account dashboard to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure the product is in brand-new condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our central logistics center in Israel using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
